Once a guest places an order via phone, the receptionist loads the goods in the robot’s cabin and the robot seamlessly rides the lift and navigates autonomously to the guest's room. Upon arrival, it calls the room to notify the guest of their delivery. After the items are retrieved, the robot returns to its station, ready for the next task.
