CLAUSE

■ Scope of Warranty

Omegabot ("the Company") warrants to the original purchaser ("Customer") that the service robot ("Product") shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery ("Warranty Period").

 

■ Components Covered

This warranty covers all components of the Product, including but not limited to:

- Motors and Wheels

- Sensors and Cameras

- Capacitive Display and LED Matrix

- Batteries, Chargers, and Docking Unit

- Software and Control Electronics

- Metal Frame and Plastic Covers

■ Conditions Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

- Damage resulting from improper use, negligence, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.

- Damage caused by environmental factors, such as excessive heat, moisture, or corrosive substances.

- Normal wear and tear, including consumable parts like batteries beyond their expected life cycle.

- Damage caused by use of the Product in a manner inconsistent with the operating instructions.

- Repairs or replacements made by unauthorised service providers or use of unauthorised parts.

■ Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, the Customer must contact Omegabot customer service at support@omegabot.ltd within 30 days of discovering the defect. The Customer will be required to provide:

- Proof of purchase.

- Robot serial number.

- A detailed description of the defect.

- Photographs or video evidence, if applicable.

 

■ Evaluation and Service

Upon receipt of a claim, Omegabot will evaluate the defect and, at its discretion, either:

- Repair the defective component or Product at no cost to the Customer.

- Replace the defective component or Product with a new or refurbished one.

- Refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not feasible.

 

■ Service Logistics

The Company will cover shipping costs for warranty service within the UK. For international customers, shipping costs may be shared, with details provided upon claim acceptance.

■ Limitation of Damages

Omegabot shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of the Product, including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, or loss of business.

 

■ Maximum Liability

The maximum liability of Omegabot under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product.

■ Non-Transferable

This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of the Product and is non-transferable.

 Jurisdiction

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
